Savoury croquet made with star-fried TVP, blended with cooked quinoa, gluten-free bread and spices. It looks like some type of meatball deep-fried once is ready. 

This a Brazilian, Lebanese-inspired food since we also have a lot of Lebanese in Brazil. Originally made with gluten products, we developed a gluten-free version that beat the original.

We love this serve with fresh lemon juice.
